Rework
We use one of the most modern rework stations for rework and repairs on the assembled PCB. Highly integrated components and BGAs can be desoldered and soldered in and out under PC control in precisely defined soldering processes to achieve optimum soldering results. The positioning of the components is done with the help of a camera and is therefore highly precise. This process is gentle on printed circuit boards and components.
